Burning the firmware onto a new Cheapstat

I just built five Cheapstats and am trying to burn the firmware onto the chip. I bought the USB AVRISP CH from Waveshare, which is the one recommended in the video by Aaron Rowe (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4Lvf63LIMLY). However, Aaron Rowe says at the end of the video "it takes about one minute to flash the product and I will show that next", but he never posted that video. Can someone point me in the right direction as to how to flash the firmware onto the chip? I'm using Windows 8.1. A step-by-step procedure will be ideal, but I would appreciate any pointers. Thanks,
